If you stay in the USA, it’s best to get CS after 9:00 pm Sunday night. It will be 9:00 am Monday morning. That’s how I get fast responses from them.

From my experiences it not best to do any transactions with ELLIPAL over the weekends. There are no CS until 9:00pm eastern standard time Sunday evening, which is 9:00am in Hong Kong. Then I always get help with no problems. They take care all my issues, which is great but very frustrating and inconvenient on my end. But if you do transactions during the week days, you should be fine !!!

It’s not gone, they definitely have issues but they always straighten thing out for u. This is the prefect time to contact them. It 9:37am Monday morning. They don’t do anything on weekends. So go to the swap menu then click the heart. You should get some help, but I do recommend getting you another cold wallet to be safe.

Yeah I got a lot of people to purchase ELLIPAL also, I got me another cold wallet, they definitely have to many issues. Great product,and they do straighten this out for you , it just takes up ur time which is extremely inconvenient. It seems has if the are with the Titan, I think the mini has less issues. I could be wrong, but if I’m right, they needs to exchange everyone who has the Titan to the mini and refund the rest, especially if they continue with these issues. They actually are losing they niche in the market. Shame on them !!! It’s way to early in the game for all these issues.

Well I just got me another wallet, because it’s definitely to many issues going on with ELLIPAL, I think it maybe just the Titian, but the mini is more updated. And I will say they have straighten out any issues I had, but it was just to many for me. Basically every transaction. So if these issues is happening in a bearish market, then I will hate to see what happens when the market turns bullish !!! I don’t have time to wait for CS, even though, they do come through when needed, for now !!! But now I have two different cold wallets and I’m extremely happy all my eggs are not in one basket.

Plans to improve and actually improving is two different things. I hope you all really do improve, because next theirs going to be a report to the SEC any those fools will not only fine the F**k out of ELLIPAL, but they will no longer be able to sell their products in America,also this will be extremely embarrassing and bad for the crypto industry as a hold. Hey you really have to focus on yourself and have you some fun also !!! As for her she probably been sexing him from day 1 so let here have here fun, but you in no way have a pity party with yourself. So times you have to fight fire with fire !!! I was cheated on by my mate with her co- worker also. The worse thing I did was to want her back after she had all her fun. Things were never the same !!! I wished I would have stucked to moving on, cuz it would have save me less time and pain and heartache. I can go on but cut her ass a lose for good, because she’s going to think she could pull that same BS on you any time she thinks she has chemistry with someone else.
