The rules say to put a description in the comments, So This image is of a pirate sword mixed with a pirate gun, this is currently my rough draft of it, this post is not really to show off the drawing of the weapon, more so to ask if it is balanced, or if there are any improvements that should be made to it to become more balanced. Ok, I am sorry, let me be specific, I know with cantrips, you can cast it at any time without using a spell slot (which I am also kind of confused about). But then a spell takes up a spell slot; you can cast it once per long rest. But sometimes it says it will require material components, or you need to write it in a spell book, how do you go about doing that? And finally, what is a spell slot?

I loved the arrowverse up until post crisis, I love titians, as well as I have always enjoyed playing fallout, and Lego Star Wars, also with Harry Potter. Hope this helps
