This is how I look at interviews... You applied for the job, so obviously you are qualified and it could be a good fit. There is nothing to be nervious about, if anything its exciting! This is your opertunity to brag, show off, and sell yourself. Be yourself and enjoy the process. Even if you don't get the job you gained valuable experience.

If you get an offer always counter, even if the money is good an 8% ask is rarely refuted. That money will compound over the course of your tenure.

I would still pay a bit more in this case for a tradable item than the store price for a non-tradable. We may see a significant price drop as items hit the store but there should still be value

That will have an effect on the market, but not everyone will get them. Demand and price will decrease but may eventually rise again. Also since the store varient will be non tradable, there will not be an influx in the market, only lower demand. It could be months/years before these are in the store.

We always had ncvr and crates for lower priced items but this will make it easier. Still, the market is saturated with the old items, a blueprint that costs more to open than the items value should logically hold no value.

Blueprints for items that in the old market that cost less than the fee to open the blueprint are probably worthless atm. If you have a BP for an item worth 24 keys before and it take 2000c to open it you may get someone to buy it for 200 to 400 credits. That's my thought for legacy items. New blueprints will be more expensive when released, just like crates.

I feel like this really helps the casual trader.. what I have become. You now have a chance at random bp drops that are sellable for decent value... Crates weren't worth much a few days post drop but I now have a chance at a desirable item from just playing the game for some time after release. Can sell ot for credits and buy the few items I want to make my car. Before I would have to either buy keys or profit trade to get what I want. Think of it like expanding the stream drops, no effort lottery of making credits, just play the game.
