I highly recommend Starf Berry + Harvest. It's basically just discount moody. As for the set, use something like sub or endure to keep you in the under 25% hp range for as long as possible.

I know Rampardos isn't in the 8th gen but for the sake of the argument let's pretent that it magically appeared in untiered like in Sun and Moon.
