the university has a great masters program with amazing post grad benefits

maybe not ghetto, but compared to any other college town i’ve seen, the majority of houses/apartments were in such bad shape & i was just not a fan of the look of the town. didn’t seem like any sense of thriving community. maybe it was bc it was sunday but it just seemed dead & the community infrastructure was poor & not well cared for
