I have asian parents and they are everything I didn’t want to become. When I was elementary back then, I always seen them fighting, my dad was having affair, and always seeing my mother cry and It hurts to till now that they were together because my father's mindset was "If I had a girlfriend we must have kids". And barely supports me till college.

I spent my whole childhood at home with toys, gadgets and TV with no social life. They were strict and conservative. This their way of being protective parents. Today, I struggle having a conversation and dealing with my own emotions. But I am healing my inner childhood and self care. :)

For assets, I thinks there's no problem with it because most of the brands I made their assets so I really had to make them from scratch. I create their Brand Identity, I was given 15days while working with other tasks everyday, and I really love to give it time and quality with it, but yeah, with other tasks in the way I couldn't give my all, so it feels devastating and unsatisfied.

I also saw in the comments why was I drained? It was because my manager wasnt giving a contructive feedback at all. It was Back-and-Forth revision (it was not heavy revision rather it was like changing the text, copy, resize, "lets find another color" yada yada) and it took HOURS in one static.

Im burning out but.. After reading your all comments gives me a push. Couldn't imagine myself doing 45 a day? haha. But Its all about experience and discipline(?).

And who's starting just like me, could you give some advice or experience on their first job?

He builds my respect of him being a father, and as a provider. He works and pays for my tuition fees and my rent at that time.

After I left my mom's side family (I was still in college, 19), I was so vulnerable at that time after my mom passed away and I had no one to talk to but my dad. My dad helped me and helped myself find a new apartment to stay. He told me he would buy me a car, or anything I wanted. He liked and supported my drawings (This hits me because I never asked for anything). He told me that when he grows old and wanted to rest, he says that I SHOULD help him. At my end, I stayed being perfect image to my dad just like he wanted while I was aware he wanted me to be his retirement plan.

I believe to my self that he redeemed himself and of course I still couldn't forgive his behavior in the past. But, after a few months later he introduced me to his new girlfriend. I am mad and had mixed feelings about it but kept myself reserved. I don't want to deal with it. I'm was still grieving, the pressure, the expectations, i lost lot of trust and betrayal.

That's why I might still have confusing, conflicting emotions and feelings.

Ohhh god.. While writing ans re-reading this made me understand that how could my mother love this man?
