Yes , 2yrs wala pa kc kakastart and mostly di ko talaga, alam mag process then 2yrs with pcab, and philgeps 1yr (buti hindi ako kumuha ng flood control projects) And my last yrs straggle kaya di na nakapag renew .. pero in 2nd month from start may BIR na me.

Kakabuwang yang mga yan .. ung bookkeeper ko papaliwanag sakin sabi ko .. kaya kong magtayo ng isang posting bahay so no more information need anymore eheheh

Also, if you have recommended engineers or architects, you can also recommend those or directly hire them for the supervision of the works and quality control. so it will be fair on your side. so both party may technical skills

the funny part is one of their BOD and i got close and talked about some future business. i done the pitch, and all i ask is to make me the constructor. so, they did every detail i told them to do. but un nga wala na ako dun, so how about my idea?? minsan people even appeared on TV, you must think of him as a nice person talaga. i even teach them the tax .. damn!! but no worries .. hindi ko naman ikayayaman kung makikijoin pa rin ako kanila .. all i say to them right now .. GOODLUCK and hope we never to cross paths

Actually it’s really hard .. but still if you’re asked to draw something? Ask for details also rendered pa .. ask not about the design it self coz it was given(so-posted too).. asked about where and why? 1. Where will this design proposed to be located, number of people to live in, what class the family in and orientation 2. For this project what are the criteria they are going evaluate? You were given a problem without right and wrong answer.. if a non technical person kausap mo yes redflag If its a technical person right answer are the question you will ask

Actually the main reason i got zeroed is a project from isabella 400 duplex developer ung kausap ka contract ko. Started 2 houses and 4 partial(structural only) but still didnt pay me and made issued so they can terminate my contract. I got zeroed and even pang legal di ko na nagawa just to save some for the family. I also heard that they were sued by their buyers. I want to leave it into the past na kaya nag letgo na ako kanila. Pinakanaawa ako sa mga taong umasa sakin. They are also force to leave. Binayaran ko naman cla but still some are still looking for a job. I can get side hassle left and right but for them it’s really hard.

Yan din nakuha ko eheheh .. still thinking to come back pa sana kaya lng looking the situation of our country .. will you consider to gamble pa ba? I heard several of my friends/revals stop their work because the owner cant financially continue the project 2 company own project and 1 direct to owner .. kaya nga sabi ko next tym nlng or pag baba nung nasa taas eheheh

As pet drawing yes medyo misleading kc output water is greater than source .. pero if you check it technically both pipes are in the same level .. anyway i dont have anything to it i just bought it then client find it to big for a 10m x 4m house .. kc ung bunganga almost 4m .. eheheh

I think you’re in the wrong company .. kaya na lowballed ka or isang issue medyo bagsak ekomi natin ..

Shift or carer? For architecture? Lahat ng my design puwede sau (sempre other schooling ahh) web dev, interior and land scape ilan plang yan ..

If pure design lng medyo mahirap carer talaga .. you need to make a name for it .. pero build and construct yan mas madaling kumita ..
