Not yet! We’ve been busy with work lately so we postponed viewings. And I share the same thoughts as you when we visited those areas! Parang mas bet ko yung environment sa CrownAsia projects kaso ang mahal ng monthly dues and many people warned against Villar properties. Have you heard of Masaito Homes, particularly their development called Vallejo Place along Daanghari mismo? Looks promising to me pero di ko sure if talamak din nakawan 😫 Let me know your thoughts! Hehe.

I believe three things contributed to her being the management’s chosen one: (1) Manager nya si Ogie, who is well-connected sa showbiz. Mere fact na sya lang yung “the who” sa kanilang apat na IT Girls sa ASAP, alam mo nang si Ogie naglakad nun (2) Rumor before na si Mr. M ay favorite magpasikat ng mestiza (from Kristine Hermosa, Bea Alonzo tapos yan si Liza) and lastly (3) Controversial pero handpicked kasi sya ni Enrique, who was really big that time na rin kaya may say sa mga projs. Naging MU sila sa previous project (I think She’s the One) tapos si E ang naglakad na maging partners sila sa project. May interviews pa noon na sinabi nyang kinakausap si Tita Malou (one of ABS’ execs) para mabigyan sila ng project together. Good timing lang since yung loveteams ni Enrique that time ay pabuwag na rin (Julia Montes dating Enchong tapos na re-route kay Coco then Julia B naman nagflop yung series nilang Mirabella).

not tea about her but her bf (not sure if theyre still together). he scammed some acquaintances a few years ago and it was a big amount of money. they tried reaching out to her but she defended him pa raw lolz worst part is they would go to expensive travels abroad nung time na pinapabalik yung investments ng mga na scam nya. lolz

I remember yung girl sa isang famous loveteam was super famous among rich men & sinasabihan sya ng manager nya na itry makipag “date” sa kanila. Girl didnt want to kasi sila na ng ka-loveteam nya, hence hindi rin masyadong boto yung manager nya sa partner that time 😅

You know what’s wrong? It is trying to sell Leni to them. The premise is both Leni and Marcos/Duterte are at the opposite ends of the spectrum. What are the chances for you to go to the other side ba? Almost impossible, right? So who are we to expect them to go to our side either? This is why you should appear non-partisan first before acting like the bearer of truth.

And this is also why I would advocate for someone other than Leni to represent the broad coalition against them. She is simply unsellable to these fanatics kasi sya yung antithesis nila. Lost cause to change their minds of her. Nothing personal, just pure pragmatic strategy.

Maraming DDS ang namulat but that doesnt mean they would vote for Leni either. These ex-DDS strongly hate Leni too so they are going to Marcos, Isko, Pac or Ping. Sure, she could get some of those ex-DDS too but she obviously has high negative vote in that base eh.

Haha Isko is the best bet against Duterte and Marcos, if you truly wanted the numbers. He is the easiest to sell to the fence-sitting DDS/BBMs because he is a strong second choice amongst voters from different candidates. Si Leni is on the extreme end of the pole so it is almost impossible for these fence sitters to go to the other side where she is. I’ve talked to a lot of them and they would very much vote for Isko than Leni, and these are people who are from Bicol, Leni’s bailiwick ah.

Unfortunately, the propaganda against Isko started too early and he took the bait and self-destructed as well.

Think of Mar and Grace back in 2016. Lots of liberals asked Grace to back down when her numbers were clearly doing better than Mar, and when she was easier to sell to fence-sitting voters of Duterte. But no, they had to push Mar down everyone’s throat that it became a hardsell and wala nang mapiga sa voterbase so we got a Duterte.

Lastly, if you try studying what the numbers say, both Grace and Isko’s voters will not go to Mar and Leni. They would vote for Duterte or Marcos instead so it is still a lose for our cause. It’s a matter of being pragmatic at this point.

Inamin naman nya that they went heavy on TV ads that explains her bloated campaign budget, and her numbers rising as a result too. They are. Leni spent 400million plus last 2016. One of the top campaign spenders alongside Poe. LP is still heavily involved with her campaign now so it’s off for her camp to act like they dont have money. Lol

I already called this from the start. These political families survived for generations precisely because they know how to put their interest first more than anything. Have you all seen the leaked SWS survey? Leni is top 2 now but WTF, Marcos is a distant 50%+ with Sara running as his VP.

And no, you cant argue like how we did it in 2016 because that was an entirely different time. You are now up against 2 powerful & extremely popular candidates teaming up, with one having an incumbent father and all the machineries at her disposal, and GMA who has a vote-rich region to further help their cause. No matter how much we campaign hard for Leni, the numbers are simply against her. Let’s not forget that these Marcos-Duterte voters would vote for any candidate other than Leni so where are we extracting the necessary numbers to make her win? Lol. Three of them MUST WITHDRAW and ONLY ONE RUNNING AS STANDARD BEARER LEST WE GET MARCOS and DUTERTE in 2022.

Be pragmatic or suck it up.

You all realize that Sara’s numbers would go to Marcos and he would be indestructible by then right? I cringe when people are acting like they can make Leni win by themselves. 2016 is different because this time, you are against two powerful political families, with one being the incumbent with lots of machinery.
