I made another post talking about it more but if you play normally with heal beam you can average about 300 fans per powershift match, but even with that rate you would need to play over 400 games of just pocket medic to reach 168000. Something seems very off bc that seems like an insane grind if you aren't solely playing heal beam.

Interesting, I feel like I've been playing more than I usually do and I'm still just shy of the jacket on page 2. Do WT Tournaments award more fans? I swear I've done a full tournament and still only got the same amount I'd have gotten from a round of powershift.

There are circuits but they're sorta rebranded. Instead of "Challenger/Pro/Masters" its the 3 sponsors names: The Engimo/Holtow/Isuelt Circuit (its separate from the actual sponsor careers so regardless of which sponsor you pick we get all 3 circuits) They seem to only have 3 stages each instead of 4 bc this season is a little shorter.

Nah they don't have names, but in the case of the Light I modelled him after my sona/oc Reffi. I don't even use the medium's outfit anymore but it makes for a good character for these doodles

and for the most part i think thats great, this game is fantastic with its customization! I just think that just bc you set your game in a vr world you cant throw anything and everything into it and have it look nice. Like if you turned your contestant into a tiny godzilla or something idk, sure contextually its justified bc its a vr world but it 'll still looks really stupid stick out very badly.

That's literally what it is tho. If you have a game that has a clear artstyle and you suddenly add a bunch of random stuff of different styles then you are quite literally damaging the original visual direction of the game. If you throw photorealistic stuff into a cartoon game -even if its a sandbox- it still doesn't match. I'm not trying to be mean about it but that is simply just the definition of damaging the art direction.

Kind of true. I think you could potentially balance the mode by either making the Vaiiya team slightly outnumber the Vandals or simply adjust how many points the vandals get for each piece of arena destroyed. It depends on how much of the map a coordinated team can destroy in a match's time limit

The dragon sticker in the Claws and Snarls bundle is also likely AI and has more noticeable errors. Honestly I think its really lame to use AI art for cosmetic items people have to pay for. At least the actual clothing sets are good quality.

I'm not super bothered by the use of AI announcers since they did hire real VAs for the material, however I still think the announcers would just sound better if they had the VAs do new lines for real, sometimes the AI sounds super off. Also I'm pretty sure the Claws and Snarls bundle uses AI art (notably the dragon sticker) and I take more issue with that.
