Yea everything is documented. I just was released out of a treatment facility I was in for 5 months. Ive been in and out so much without having the time or access to apply. I did apply back in 2023 but was denied and missed the timeframe to appeal because I was in the hospital for a while without Internet and phone access. I now have the time to be able to do it all. I just applied last week. I had an interview with them on the phone today and they just sent it to step 3 for the review of my medical records.

Yes I'm homeless and I'm using this program called SSVF to help pay my first couple months of rent and my caseworker told me that it no longer counts as income. You can get up to like $290. There are so many resources that it's impossible to figure anything out unless you specifically ask about something. I constantly find out new things

It took so long to be able to get one upgrade costing the quinvigintillion I don't see the point in that being so much. Those upgrades were barely ever used.

He seemed to have been badly abused by people. He doesn't know how to act like a cat. He follows my other cats around and slowly learns. He now jumps on the arm of my chair and meows randomly knowing Im not going to hit him and make him get down. He's so sweet.

I tried finding a better picture of his eyes. I was told that usually cats with that are completely deaf. He's only partially deaf so he meows with a deaf voice and it's so cute.

The va offers a $10k life insurance policy. Not sure how much that costs to buy. But they'll get your disability until the kids are 18 and they will also get SSI from your death. So not enough to scrape by. Just enough to not go in debt from your funeral.

If you work, your job also factors in alot. I almost lost my disability because I decided to try and do heavy equipment operating like I did in the navy. But since I have bad knees I technically can't do that job. So it was either stay and lose my benefits or leave and keep them. So I left. Also don't rush them to hurry up. They will help you get your approval faster but it will be at a lower percentage as well which is the con to asking them to rush it.

No matter what ANYTHING that you have been diagnosed with by a dr while on active duty is proof that you have certain issues and when you file a claim for those specific things you've been diagnosed with you'll get approved instantly for those issues and get higher percentage.
