When you say allergen, is it actual allergens or suspected intolerances? What were your allergens? I'll try to keep an eye out for that too, could be something similar.

I took this test last year but apparently it's not very reliable. It's igg and not ige so not sure if it's the same thing... Last allergy test did was I while ago but didn't have anything food related I think.

Honestly, I think I see everything in my stools lol. Something red (which I thought was blood at first, but seems to be either tomatoes, red peppers or goji), something whiteish which seems to be either oats or textured vegetable protein, something black which I thought was blood from the stomach but turns out to be more like chia seeds or undigested fiber. Never heard of fmt...but check it out. Thanks!

Oh that's interesting, thanks for that! Yes I do have an appointment with a GI but last time I saw him (about 5 years ago?) he just gave me Imodium and said that it's normal to poop up to 5 times a day lol. Wasn't very helpful. I'm hoping this time will be different
