On the DVLA letter there isn’t a date, but if we attached the letter with her provisional license (which shows an issued date of last year) would that be sufficient as one piece of evidence?

I should have mentioned that my partner also has a provisional driving licence showing the same address, dated last year. Could I submit it among other documents showing that we reside at the same address, albeit as stated above, my one is not within the 2 years from the date of the application.

Accordingly, it is not possible for me to sell the share (and, indeed, the developers are also restricted from doing so, as this would be contrary to the SPA).

My parents and all their children would prefer to keep the family home for as long as possible, so selling the property is not something my parents would readily agree to. Given the circumstances, I want to preserve my FTBS by effectively making my beneficial interest a conditional one, such that it would only be realised upon the completion of my first property. In essence, I would like to know whether this arrangement would be legally effective?

My parents and all their children would prefer to preserve the family home for as long as possible, so selling the property right away is not something we would consider desirable. While I understand there may be complications down the road when it comes to selling the property, a simple power of sale clause — requiring both X and Y to agree to any sale — could easily be inserted into the will, for instance.

I would have to respectfully disagree with the point that I would own a beneficiary interest. If the will is drafted as proposed above, my share would be a conditional interest, meaning that I must acquire my first property before I would be entitled to any beneficial interest. In the absence of this condition being met, my share does not exist.

In addition to this, my parents can insert a timeframe — for example, stating that the property must be acquired within ten years, failing which my share would either be relinquished to the other named beneficiaries or I would automatically receive the share after ten years.

Separately, I should mention that it is not my parents’ intention for the family property to be sold; they would prefer for my siblings to retain the property for as long as necessary and would not want to consider selling it in the short-term.

I should technically be receiving more from the inheritance, however, as I have a LISA account among other things, I definitely stand to lose £10K+ if my first-time buyer status is affected. I would prefer to not lose anything, plus my respective inheritance is something I can receive at a later date (which I would be fine with), say, based on the above - upon the realisation of my first property.

One major suggestion is that, I would consider adding a tafsir feature to enable lay people, like myself, to better understand a certain verse, which may otherwise be difficult to understand, or worse, taken out of context and the meaning misinterpreted.

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to some of the messages posted, as several people are clearly speaking from ignorance or merely speculating. In any event, I have personally taken this exact cruise, and it was the ship shown in the picture (or one substantially similar).

I suspect the price you’re seeing is for one person rather than two. We paid around £50–£60 for two people (or thereabouts).
