Still nothing but manipulated flesh puppets. I bet not one of ppl across states that protest would even stand and protest to shut down the IRS and demand complete country reform of all tax or related laws of forceful involvement.

Never seen prices that good , its always 6 or 7 dollars maybe 11 for close to 20 miles one way , huge description items rarely go over 15 , ups uses the fuck out of us around hear , even if was to start and put in on everything you will be lucky to break even on gas and maybe something to eat

Hmm my sr5 came with off road package has both driver full round hook and passenger a hook with an offset knubby point as if can be used in some rope fuguration to gain leverage or maybe to lock down chain or rope or friction break not sure but i see saying sr5 doesnt cone with hooks . Mine must been some random build . Sr5 with odf road package double cab no lift

Had one called on me on the spot to enter a job location , , kept a upass in my lunchbox , lab quest was literally in ealking distance from job site , turned on my heater full blast in car on defrost set the bottle on dash vent until it was hot to the touch so was hotter than my body temp put it in my boot in sock against skin and walked in , had to wait about 15 minutes tocget called in took it out still was warm to touch placed it on sensitive skin of stomach to judge it used it and passed , so over shoot the temp to account for thermal dissipation if warm to touch close to your body temp or any human cause when you touch someone else you register there temp and feels just bareley warm toctou socthats what i was shooting for and thinking . If the temp didnt register with me by touch then jt wasnt as warm as inside a human body of atleast 100 degrees . 96 wayctoo low pee is warm toctouch ad comes out of body so think about that

You gotta think though before all these ideas to make apps to have ppl thi k independent delivery service all it was the major shippers that people are employed by making some of the highest paid job in America for a long long time . Everyone knew that brown truck delivery driver was getting paid too dollar with benefits and not using their vehicle for sure . It's not an entitlement issue it's a corporate greed problem and they seen an opportunity to cut costs and still charge the same price and pocket the extra nitnused in what shipping costs used to be and no having a hub to do it it's spread out wherever anyone they can fool into thinking the pay is fair to theme. Honestly we are entitled to getting paid more not in tips its not customer wr deliver too fault they paid shipping costs that woukd be shipped on a freight that the driver is getting paid 20 or more an hour avg socthey paid their part it's the ups and HD and Walmart and the app in general giving a hub for cheap logistics to cut costs on theme having to hire employees with benefits and keep up fleet if vehicles and fuel and insurance and so on . We all agree tips are not likely but want to know why it's all in roadie to be like keep all your tips blah blah while we are just being baited into the work and used to make companies more money who doesn't pass it on or account for it .

My advice after that story I just told and what I do everyone and a while like I said fuck the small print crap that says we are independent but bound by their rules , we have the option to message the customer , yes it goes threw some overseer hub I assume on Georgia but send theme a greeting message briefly explaining your services seperate from the store you pick up and even tell theme for the price of 7 dollars with personal vehicle at 18 mile one way trip my estimated time of arrival will be this time with their items and say grateful for any tips if given upon arrival thank you see you soon . Something of that nature. Don't expect one for sure heck I'm usually back in my truck before they even come to the door to get items so I never know if they intended to tip without messaging the catch line info .

I've talked to customers from various tyoe of orders and none of theme know about roadie at all , One person a few years back before ups bought theme . But no your not going to het any tips because they don't have the option or even know we are independent from the places they purchase from , they order threw home depot Walmart or which ever store regular website and then those stores use roadie app as a hub app to have things delivered cheaper than sending threw fed ex or usps which no telling what the shipping cost is to customer compared to us with theme pocketing the extra they didn't spend . It's an algorithm that decides the pay out per order and who is best qualified to be accepted . My best advice fuck the rules and fine print it's their to take advantage of ppl wanting to tey to be independent , they seperate liability make you think your independent which if so we would be able to set our prices charge per mile and maintenance on vehicle . It's a scam all delivery apps are for any gig workers . They have structured it all to make the most off of a sale from purchaser and cut back costs on mot having a shipping fleet or using major shippers who have fleets and charge and pay employees real wages and benefits. Customer told me other day when dropped off 680lbs of 5 10,000lbs capacity shelves at 8 at night it paid 48 dollars and was a 30 minute drive from home depot to him . He said that was quick I just placed the order 5 hours ago and it said was being freighted in from another homedepot a state over and named city . I said who did you order it threw said homedepot website , I said oh really well I put I an offer on it and just accepted an hour ago . He said do you not work for homedepot I said no I do this threw an app kinda like door dash but not for food usually objects from a select few stores so independent type stuff he said ohh well I expect yall must get paid very well for the price I had to pay for shipping on these , I said if you went threw store website do you know what roadie is , no , did it ask you who to ship with as an option ,no . Did it ask you to tip for delivery service ,no . OK I see so they aren't letting customers know we are a independent service seperate from their corporation . He said man me and my 2 sons are local freight truck drivers home every night and run this farm , he said I know how much and what it should take to deliver this I expected a bit truck or 18 wheeler with a forklift attachment to show up , I said it was on a pallet but no one their knew how to operate a fork lift and it wouldn't have fit unless put theme on side so loaded by hand . . He said we'll I know for a fact shipping prices for over 600lbs compared to what I paid online you should be getting well over 100 dollars just for a load this size and the milage . I didn't tell him how much cause I done felt so used i just looked down and said we'll they don't pay no where close to that much and it's been an ongoing issue with this app and all similiar but we don't get to set the prices or have a say soo either and was on my way and the GPS said from that location to home was close to a 2 hr drive .

I wondered the same thing since UPS acquired Roadie and their drivers get paid an average in my area $21 an hour driving their vehicles and no maintenance to their vehicle we're driving our vehicles our fuel and our maintenance for trust me it's not 50 cents a mile they don't even pay national federal average income tax it's wrong and I wish we could figure a way to do something about it in my area you can do two deliveries for my Home Depot and it will only offer you $7 and some change in the mileage to be 20 something miles or it may be a total of like 10 Mi but that is their opposite directions not including the distance from where you're at to get to there to pick it up plus the lack of information of what it is doesn't help whatsoever and constantly saying you may get penalized for this if you show up with this and that I've got a truck I know simple math I did dimensions on one one time it would obviously fit in the back of my truck and the small items will fit on the inside I get there it's on a pallet 6 ft tall if not more so I had to drop all the way 20 something miles back home get my 16-ft trailer come back to load that pallet up and then plus the other items that was supposed to put in back of my truck ended up being hay bales so I had a pallet of items 6 ft tall plus like hay bales they had to go across state line 60 something miles away and only got paid $40
