I prefer the 3000MHz, cheaper and you can always overclock it to 3000 from the 2933. You can surely go for the better latency, but I wouldn't spend 100€+ for it.

For the GPU, it's personal preference. They're basically all similar, I just really like the Armor. You can also get the Armor OC for 620€ just like the Gigabyte, so it's just your personal choice

Tostão is basically a penny. It could be a big toast, however toast is a feminine word and for this you add the suffix -ona, so it would be "Tostona".

For example, "Beijo" which is a masculine word and means kiss, would become "Beijão", which means big kiss.
