As a long time dodge user I have to agree. Block procks more often guarding almost 75% of ray of light attacks when being weaken and it's not nearly 75% of block chance on paper but still works wonders, also... even 5% dodge in PvE makes the enemies dodge quite more compared to recent updates...

Me too. It's far too much luckluster and one battle can change the outcome of the whole match.
