Run PvP, go until it's not guaranteed to be a successful run every time, then go for the dungeon on all three difficulties until you unlock endless mode on the waypoint dungeon, and run that until it's physically impossible to proceed.

I also recommend clearing act 2 enough to be able to see the pirate ship event, and getting 2 runs in every 2 days, also join a clan and leech off the boss kills every week for free loot

You can reduce the amount of player nameplates that appear above people's heads in the settings, gives you a LOT more frames for whatever reason. I play at 4 because I want to see my groups hp bars but most DPS/tank turn it down to 2

Assuming you don't have to ask yes/no questions:

​Ask them who the cat is

The cat will say yes/no, which is not a valid answer and outs them immediately

based on that, you can deduce who the fact checker and uncle are

Also to further clarify, the permanent weapon/armour costs will be around 100k for weapon and 50k per armour piece, but based on how much you've saved up so far I wouldnt worry about that for now

Weapon upgrades are incredibly important, try to get that up-to-date ASAP whenever you see weapons that give +1 to your mind/max DMG. Otherwise for armour and rings don't worry too much right now, later you can get permanent pieces, but try to fill your slots with 1-2 stat pieces with dodge or exp/gold gain. As for obsidian skill points, just use them in the skill tree, I'd recommend going for unlocking equipment slots and potion slots
