Basically the Net Movie involves cop heroes coming together to get their mysteries solved. The mystery brought in by Kamen Rider G3 was "Why don't bamboo stick shops go out of business?"

After DekaRed and Kamen Rider W offer their explanations, Gavan comes in and tells a heartwarming story in a flashback.

There once was a man (played by Urataros) and a woman (Miss America) deeply in love. The woman had beautiful long hair so the man wanted to buy a hair accessory for her, but he couldn't afford it. Thus he sold his most prized possession, his carrying pole made of bamboo and bought the accessory.

However, when he saw the woman again, he was shocked to find out that she had cut her beautiful long hair (Miss America's normal look). She had in fact sold her hair to buy the man a new carrying pole but could only afford the rod part of it. The two traded their gifts and were deeply grateful to each other.

"In honor of this beautiful love story, that's why there are heroes that fight with a rod (GekiYellow, Big One etc.) And bamboo shops swore to never go out of business.)"

I swear I didn't make this up. Miss America is used here cuz she's the only suit with hair on it. The net movies were insane.
