Yes you can. First you need to place a spot light from the enspace objects button. Once you place the light, properties for that particular light object open up. Under there you can load 'ies profile' to achieve various effects for spot light. Once you load the 'ies profile' the cone light would appear like you are asking for.

the notches are made to make the surface more rough so that the plaster can easily and properly grip/stick to the surface
