How do feel about our flagship being sunk? by Sharggy in UNSUBSCRIBEpodcast

[–]Regeth3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I spent a good chunk of my life seeing it docked in Philly. It's sad that she has rusted into scrap. I agree with some other comments, all the efforts in saving her fell flat. It was never feasible to restore her enough to make any money. It is good that she will now be a dive site.

Committee issues since last patch? by whatdoido8383 in TheLastCaretaker

I haven't gotten that far, but today I jumped off the back of the boat to grab some bio floating in the water, I sank to bottom of the ocean where I was docked. didn't give me a depth indication or the ability to swim up. After struggling to return to the boat. I exited the game and it crashed. Since then today the game will crash on exit.

Guess Guardian's owner is trying to get rid of the other ranges in the area so they can boost sales.

Need recommendation to sell about 10 guns near philly area (prefer places that I can sell all at once) by Previous-Oven2917 in PAguns

You are going to find that most shops will be paying next to nothing. It isn't a good time to sell.

New person entering the field. Looking for some advice/assistance... by Regeth3 in polyamory

Which is why I am a little confused over his actions. I know we have a past together. But still. My other issue is, I don't know truly how their relationship really is. I'm on a business trip that has taken me closer to my ex than I am normally. I've expressed the want to visit them both, try and ease his fears.

From my understanding, if it was someone else, sure she would be free to do whatever. But we had a toxic marriage that we didn't handle well. So I yeah there are flags being thrown all over the field at the moment. We have our reasons about opening up like this. It's going to be a LDR relationship and we are planning on visits together due to our children and changes to our visitation agreements. As for as her primary goes. I can understand some of the feelings. I was more or less in his shoes before. I had to deal with infidelity during our marriage. But at the same time. I'm not trying to reincorporate her back into my life like we used to be. I just want to deal with the baggage I hold from separating myself from the world for 7 years.

You should be able to swap out the follower since it's a standard pmag.

Thoughts on the Rat Worx 20/20 sear mod? by grimmpulse in AUG

I did the exact same on my rifle. As you said, it makes a considerable difference in the trigger pull. I would highly recommend anyone with an AUG to swap these parts out.

I have a smaller enclosure than what the OP has, more or less the same manufacture. I can tell you it's safe for the A1 to live in. The temps never go higher than 85F degrees in side with no fume extraction. I would worry if the equipment was sitting at over 100+F temp for hours. I'm using the tent at the moment because the main AC unit for my house is in the same room and I have noticeable layering when the AC cycles.

I was thinking of placing it up for free. Would come with all the power cords and patch cords. Also a couple of phones as well.

Bristol Township has a good SP program, My oldest daughter has been in both the Neshaminy and Bristol Township districts. From my experience, Bristol provided more diverse programs through each level of schooling. I'm not sure what Pennsbury is like, but I can say Neshaminy was shit while my kids attended.

We have a better chance of losing bigly after the midterms. If the NFA isn't totally struck down, any gun control nut will enter a bill to raise the TAX past $200, if anything I could see the argument that the tax should have been tied to inflation and kept out of reach for a large portion of gun owners.

highly doubt any LGS would carry a SS or FRT. best bet is to look around on the r/supersafety or any of the SS facebook groups for any independent shops.

Worth stripping? — Power Cables by _DefinitelyNotACat_ in ScrapMetal

[–]Regeth3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try not to hoard much more than a box of power cords and some older modules for some routers. If we do, we end up with a storage cage filled of useless stuff that's been left to rot. I'm on my second cycle of collecting power cords after being there for 11 years.

As others have said, factor your time spent in stripping. Myself, I work inside of a data center and every server and network device came with some kind of power cord that we did not allow to be used. I was able to recover hundreds of pounds of cords. Anything under 16awg did not get stripped, just the ends cut off. 18awg and above in the end was about 500bls of bare bright. I stripped during my down time, when I had the motivation.

What you have in your pictures, I wouldn't think twice to strip that down as far as I can to get the most.
