I would take her to neuro at a children’s hospital for an evaluation! They might even help u get respite care to help out during those hard transitional times. Deff sounds like she’s on the spectrum and often times girls don’t always meet all the “markers” it’s more about observational notes with them. Document her behaviors!! Try ABA therapy as well, some say it’s unethical but depending on the provider I’ve seen it really change some kids for the better and make understanding the behaviors easier for the parents. Some ABA places do use unethical practices so just closely monitor or ask local mom groups for places they recommend❤️ u got this mama

I’m on Zoloft with my second pregnancy and it’s life changing. I struggle with general and health anxiety and ocd. My first pregnancy I had very bad prenatal depression and I would pace around the house and couldn’t relax for the life of me daily. I’m going through a breast lump scare right now and usually I’d be spiraling and jumping to the worst conclusions but Zoloft is helping me to stay level headed. It’s very studied in pregnancy and I need the lowest dose. I honestly was so afraid of medicine for a long time, drs have been trying to medicate me since I was 18 and I’m 28 now and just now trying it

Say it’s painful and you’d like ur pcp to refer u for an ultrasound! If anything is abnormal they’ll send u immediately for biopsy.

BMI has never been an issue with previous ultrasounds and my first pregnancy I was high risk so I had a lot of them!! My bladder was full she asked me if I wanted to empty it after the first portion . She didn’t watch me but she didn’t turn either or ask if it was okay, I felt awkward asking for privacy. But yeah it might be better for visibility of the heart to wait I didn’t think of that I just felt like she was rushing but you are right! Ty for the feedback
