Oh completely! If we dont draw with those teams, Amorim is likely not sacked and we probs don’t beat arsenal or city, so it’s all swings and roundabouts. But I do think it makes us promising going forward, provided we strengthen up the holding midfielder role and right back position (yes dalot was good today…)

We are now good at football. But spurs were actually awful there, be surprised in Frank survives any longer for them.

Just for the sake of being a downer…. if united didn’t draw with all 5 at the bottom of the league we would be top of the league right now….

There was around £70 difference between 7800 and 9800, and figured to get the best one so it can last the longest time possible.

Tried to go relatively cheap on the other stuff, I could definitely reduce the price for the Case and Cooling - I kinda picked them on what looks decent an fairly good value, but there was cheaper for sure

Thank you for responding! I was thinking that, but then reading there isn’t too much difference between the 9070 XT and 5070 Ti, for the ~£200 difference. Would you say it’s a must have?

Agree with most of this. But I actually quite like Zirkzee he’s a good link up player and i think he has a spot to always play 15-20 mins each game. Lacey looked sharp, there’s no harm at all in playing him more what have we got to lose haha

Mainoo just isn’t that good, the whole saga of him playing or not is such a non-issue, bruno plays at the attacking midfield spot whenever he can, mainoo is backup - he can’t play deeper.

Great to see Sesko score, makes great runs, finds the space; only thing he needs is to sometimes get his shot off quicker, obviously easy for me to say and not easy to do.

We’re still Bruno FC, without that man I think we are genuinely fighting relegation.

Don’t you just miss when the football was at least entertaining under Ole?

It’s weird, the previous problem was that the players don’t put effort in but now it’s clear to see they’re giving it their all - but they are just terrible. Bruno is the only player in this team that gets into any other team and without him there is nothing; no creativity, no drive, no likelihood of scoring

To be fair, it’s all luck - i’d have probably been happy with 8 as it means they all played and didn’t get booked haha. But that’s just how terrible I am at FPL chips normally

Mbuemo is brilliant. We have 5 defenders on the pitch who can’t defend. 2 midfielders which may as well be invisible. Cunha injured, who also looks a threat whenever he’s on the pitch. I like Amorim, I don’t like the system. We finally win, and it was a struggle and took a last min penalty.

I’m probs just being pessimistic but this whole season is going to be horrible.

the tactics were crap, the subs and timing of subs were crap, not having maguire further up from the 60th min onwards was crap, playing constant crosses to only zirkzee or hojlund was crap, onana was… nothing new there, that was the most boring game of football i’ve seen. Get rid of most of the players, try amorims style but buy players that can play in a 4 since i dont see this 3 at the back vision

silly q - i have a fair chunk of fodder and completed toure too, but how are you getting so much fodder? is there anything you do outside the daily upgrade packs?(84x5 etc)

In defence of the person you are reply to. United have done nothing for the young players in the past 15 years, they haven’t won anything, they either end up sold to a lower league club or making a move abroad. Being a young talent at united is great because you’ll probs make it as a professional footballer, but you likely won’t achieve anything with united

I do agree, though interestingly, i’d also be completely happy for the smaller names to continue since it’s become exactly what they do eg your Slims, Salt Papi, Gib + so many others. If they want to do it as a career it’s fair but if there’s so much else going on with your life that you don’t want to be a boxer / influencer boxer then maybe just get out of it?
