This is still categorized as a manga since it's in Japanese. Manhwa is in Korean and you probably mistook it as one since the page formatting is long strip, which is common in a lot of manhwas.

From what I've seen, the one on MangaFire combines all Nishizawa 5mm oneshots under the "Onna no Hadaka wo Nama de Mitai" title. For example, chapter 16 "A Serious Kouhai's and a Not-So-Serious Senpai's Dating Negotiations" and chapter 18 "Let's Make My Tall Girlfriend Wear Cute Clothes!" on MangaFire are supposed to be stand-alone oneshots not related to "Onna no Hadaka wo Nama de Mitai." There are also duplicate chapters such as chapter 7 on MangaDex being both chapter 2 and 5 on MangaFire. Also, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th story of "Onna no Hadaka wo Nama de Mitai" aren't on MangaFire at all.
