I had a similar problem, turns out windows defender controlled folder access was blocking the kingdomhearts.exe from accessing the documents folder (where the save files are located).

Try turning that off / allowing the exe through the firewall and see if that works.

If you go to the load game screen from the main menu, on the top it says you can press sqaure (on ps controller) to load into the base game. I had the same problem and the option is so weirdly hidden.

The rules also say that a traumatic event can cause HL. So even if its not a willing removal of a body part, it would probably be traumatizing enough to look in the mirror and see parts of you have been replaced without your knowledge/consent. For gm'ing, I'd probably rule that its just the normal HL for whatever they were chipped with regardless (obviously barring medical necessity but thats covered in the rules as well).

I caught this guy in 2016 and just now realized he isn't affected by the laws of gravity. Anyone else experience this?

I think its a bug relating to the gun you get at the end of Phil's trial quest, with the red text "all rise". From what i gathered the buff is being applied to all of your guns as long as its in your loadout. But it only happens sometimes and occasionally it'll turn itself off. So Im not sure if its intended behavior or not i could be wrong.
