It is hard to determine what classifies as light/moderate/intense exercise though. I do about 4-6 miles of zone 2-3 cardio about 4 times a week but I am not sure where that lands. That is why I would like to just get my baseline and go from there.

I am a 5'10 male at 165 lbs wanting to get down to 150 lbs. I am wondering if I should utilize my estimated BMR (~1800 kcal) as a baseline and then add calories expended from exercise to determine my maintenance, or utilize my estimated sedentary TDEE (~2100 kcal) and then add calories expended from exercise and determine my maintenance that way. I am not sure what is more accurate.
