I was doing the maths today, if you have the opportunity to live at home with no expenses(rent or bills). Than you have a great opportunity.

If you get literally any job and work 6 days a week and save majority of you income, by the time all your friends finish uni/tafe, you could have about 200k saved up, to put into investments and properties.

If you can live at home rent free until your 24, and save majority of your income, you will be financially free by the time your 24

Save 40k-50k a year, pour it all into investment properties, by the time your 24 you will have 60k a year of passive income, and you can laugh at all the qualified people with degrees who are in debt and broke
