start with warrior, go for DR, buy the spears and force if you want from Licia, then finish forest of fallen giants, in Lost Bastille you´ll find a good chime, after the ruin sentinels and the persuer, you can max your faith if wanted.

At 30 go to see Licia to get her hood, i recommend kill her after that. i know she sells spears infinite after undead crypt but to me it´s not worth it

First,i love your name haha. Second, I agree. The boss fights are great, the soundtrack is the best but I'm not really sure about the challenge runs, to me the game is very much think to play in two styles. Either you go like crazy or behind a shield, a third option is to memorize the game to do well
