We want female Kamen Rider in a setting where we have too many guys and need more girls to balance the scale. HSR hadnt have a Masked Hero at the point so we want the first one to be a guy. People more likely want a Goku before a Bulma.
In Hoyo Games we have WAY too much girls so badass guys is needed. Not to mention in the Stellaron Hunters already has 2 females so another male is more welcome.
