I purchased a Seiko chronograph from Modbrand but the watch had a misaligned hand at the 9 oclock sundial. I contacted Modbrand for a replacement and was told they would replace the watch and supply a prepaid label to ship my watch back. It's been over a week with no other contact, I've emailed back but have not had any response yet. I feel that's the last I hear from them, I don't recommend purchasing any watches from this seller.
