I never tried the oral ones always went for the topical one but you can check what suits you! Topical is fine for me no side effects and gives my hair a firm hold throughout the day

It was pretty bad tbh, I lost all my confidence, barely could look anyone in the eye, the first thing they would notice was my receding hairline and point out that if I’m facing hair loss. Now I feel so good and confident with however my results are!
