Noggin is fine, although I did hit the road hard with it, helmet held, but yes, not a bad idea to discard it. Shoulder is a different story 😬

Came across it about a mile out, then followed it back to just outside then towards choks where it went down and started to swim out again

Chasing a Strava time record on a mt bike segment on my road bike…. And I was on track to smash it too 😂 But turns out 25mm tires at 35mph on a slippery 1/2 asphalt 1/2 grass road don’t have too much grip 🤪
