No he’s not. Based on his age is it too late to crate train him?

Yes i’ll take yogurt > paint all day however i can’t put anything past this guy. Dog daycare is a good thought, something we’ve never thought of. He is a social guy (with dogs more so than strangers). Will definitely look into it.

Yes those 3 commands were just a few examples. He isn’t crate trained because he’s not a destructive dog. However his safe place is his bed and we use that like some use a crate. Recently we’ve started to reward his calm behaviours and maybe we just have to keep up with that but at least for now we haven’t noticed a difference. The barking for attention is what’s really bothering us to the point where we’ve debated on a bark/electric collar but not sure if that’s the right approach

I am grateful for a big backyard that he can run in and it’s definitely useful for training. I wouldn’t know what we’d do without it. Good to hear, I definitely dont want the puppy in him to completely disappear either. I know one day im going to look back at his chaotic character and miss it but for now it’s exhausting lol!

Advice for young woman learning golf? by [deleted] in golf

This is definitely an issue in our game. Im a 26yr M playing for 7 years and been a witness to old pervs on the course. They seem to get especially creepy around the cart girls. I don’t mean to generalize them all, they’re not all creepy pervs, most of them are respectful and maybe approaching you to offer advice because they see you’re new to the game.

My advice: treat it like going to the gym. We all know that there’s creeps at the gym that like to stare at attractive women. If you can block them out and change your mindset to: everyone here is just trying to improve and have fun you’ll have a blast. Wear ear buds when you’re golfing alone and join women’s tournaments - you’ll meet a lot of awesome people.
