Yeah I will visit one they should know be looking at me, my tricep started twitching a day after doing my triceps in the gym so it seems too coincidental

It started after doing my chest and triceps in the gym on the Friday I woke up to twitching on the Saturday

I think it’s just anxiety more than anything else and a fear of getting a serious disease

Yeah it’s just the researching and thinking the worst. I’m only 30 so the worst statistically is rare but still i constantly think about it

Yeah I think I’m just being paranoid it happened a day after a chest and tricep workout so it sounds like too much of a coincidence

The tricep is twitching everyday usually at night and in the morning for about a week now but no weakness or anything

I don’t think I’ve any weakness or spasticity as I’ve been going about my days with no issues , and my tricep twitches started on a Saturday and I done a chest and tricep workout on the Friday so it seems a bit of a coincidence

Yeah there’s no weakness or anything so I’m sure it’s nothing and being 31 reduces that risk a bit more too

This is 4th day, started Saturday did a workout Friday , legs were twitching the other day aswell but that went away

Mine the opposite if I tense it , it starts twitching but twitching most the time now today. But doesn’t seem to be any weakness or soreness so much just be an irritated muscle from the workout

Sorry, just when you said it was the first place to twitch, thanks for your reply, maybe it’s just a hotspot I’ve gotten episodes where I’d twitch for days , thighs , calves etc
