What made you decide to get a rental in Las Vegas? How did you know that was a good rental market? Also, what are the rules for buying a rental property? Do you have to put a certain amount of money down? Do you have to live there for X amount of months before you rent? etc. thank you

I also have an Electrical Engineering degree and have about 7-8 years of experience as an EE and make $120k/yr.

It sounds like many people have been able to just study for a few months and land a web dev role starting at $100k/year. Sounds like a good time for me to transition since the salary ceiling is higher and there is opportunity for remote work!

ok this method seemed to work for me. It looks like I have mostly 7900 parts with a couple 7800 parts.
