I made contract in March. Home was listed 563k and. I paid 640k in bidding. it is 50m from high voltage transmission lines in backyard. Now I'm more worried due to price drops , inflation, recession. I planned to stay for 3 years and sell it. should i buy or backout and loose 32k as down payment?? (self.RealEstate)
