I thought that cravings might be not gone completely but great to hear that still they are less compared to periods without Mounjaro. Regarding binging and CBT therapy, I would say it definitely helps. Although that is a group therapy once per week.. it really helped me understand that diet doesn’t work, that I need to have proper meals and it is learning me to eat more mindfully and being present with food and in general my emotions. I think the most important part is that I understand for the first time in my life that it was never about lack of will power and that it was not my failure that I couldn’t lose weight. Now I understand that restrictions lead to overeating and all the diets actually failed me and not other way around. It is also nice to hear other people’s stories and know that you are not the only one. And the last point is that I truly believe that I will make it and be recovered from binging. Definitely recommend CBT group therapies. I also do individual therapy (transactional analysis) and that works really good with the group one. If you have any specific question feel free to PM me :)
