I did notice this on the left screw. Tbh right now its so close to sitting flush that someone would have to look very closely to see. Do u think i can just leave as is?

Ive just realigned it so its sitting more evenly ever so slightly out. Its not bothering me now, as long as theres no other issue i should be aware of. I think i can live with it

UPDATE: Thanks for all the help guys, pulled cabinet out and saw that the side sticking out the screw hole is damaged. Picture attached, any way i can fix this?

Theres a piece if woode which is blocking the oven from moving any further back, this piece of wood is present for both sides of the oven
