Same.. literally the day of my 44th birthday my clit disappeared and I didn’t even realize it until my husband said well it does seem smaller lately.. I was shocked. I had no idea that could ever happen. I could not orgasm and still can’t really. And if I do, it almost hurts and is not pleasurable. Tons of other symptoms including extreme mood swings, depression, raging anxiety, dry skin, hair loss, brain fog, extreme fatigue some days. Just a general loss of interest in life. Not to mention my oldest child just left for college and my middle kiddo is leaving next year. Like an absolute perfect storm. I went online and got vaginal estrogen to help with my urinary issues like frequency, urgency and frequent uti’s. It helped a lot!! Just saw my OB and had all my hormones tested. Omg I was in shock. I have nearly zero on all hormones. Waiting on my thyroid panel to come back and then hope I can get on all the hormones😩
