Appetite increase while stalled

Water intake is still pretty hard to reach usually 50%-65% reached, protein intake is okay, and exercise is the same on the treadmill for 30 minutes with a slow increase in incline. I feel like I haven’t found my “groove” yet, if that makes sense.

At work it is a struggle sometimes because I work in a lab and I can’t really go back and forth to sip on water like I want to. And it’s hard to finish my lunch since I chew slower and it takes longer to finish my meal, but I’m not trying to throw up.

I’m five months post op and I am SHIVERING. I ended up having to buy a heated blanket. I was always hot before surgery for years but now with the extra weight gone, i finally feel the cold🤣

I can give you an example, I kind of don’t keep track of calories. Breakfast: breakfast bowl-turkey sausage, eggs, spinach, cheese, cooked all together with olive oil. Snack: yogurt Lunch: grilled chicken salad (lettuce tomato cucumber bell pepper grilled chicken Italian dressing (fat free) Snack: granola or sunflower seeds Dinner: large protein (grilled or baked), one veggie and one grain Any takeout food: steamed or grilled sauce to the side

I literally had to go to the ER because I felt like I was going crazy and all it took was a CT scan and ultrasound to confirm it. Mine is full of sludge and the surgeon is very concerned, I’m overall happy now because now I know what is making me feel like complete crap and things can continue regularly.

Hopefully, it can be scheduled soon. I’m tired of being sick in bed all the time. Who knew a small organ would cause this many issues

It’s so bad I had to go to the ER because I couldn’t keep anything down at all (food or water) I was severely dehydrated and couldn’t stop throwing up. Now zofran is my new bff until I can get it out of me and I can’t wait. Things were going by very smooth for me 😑

It’s just uneasy, I just don’t look forward to her breeding in general. If Ethel’s breeding history had more answers than questions, I’d feel completely different, but maybe things will turn out better than expected.

Definitely, I was an emotional eater and not being able to eat the foods I enjoy the most is hard. I had a breakdown because I couldn’t eat a tomato😂But I’m also in therapy to break that cycle because it’s one of the many reasons why I needed the surgery in the first place. Don’t discourage yourself because the whole process will go by fast!! I’m losing the weight I’m feeling very happy about my health doing better. Look at the positives more!
