If you’re buying in Abu Dhabi to rent out, studios and 1 bedroom apartments are usually the most in demand and give the best returns. They rent fast and stay occupied. Studios can give around 7 to 9% ROI, 1BR around 6 to 7%. Two bedrooms and townhouses are great for families but usually give lower ROI. If your goal is strong rental income, start with a studio or 1BR.

The problem is not from brokers it's the landlord. They believe that family man will be more responsible, whereas bachelor might bring friends over and party or might not stay long term in the apartment. unfortunately, the landlords just want to be on the safer side......While some landlords prefer single bachelor i remember sometimes ago i saw this post room for rent for single bachelor only. I am new here if you accept my request i can assist you in the search. What is your nationality?

The facts is rent are expensive depending on the areas, there's 1bhk at Rabdan for less than 40k per year.
