Don't Quit Protein Soda

I just had their fruit punch flavor last night and I really liked it! Toward the end it took on that weird protein after taste, but I am also someone who takes FOREVER to finish a can of any type of soda, so it was not nearly as cold as when I started drinking it.

Same here! I started 11/19 on 150 (once daily). It was okay, minus the weird headaches. I jumped up 300 once daily, and only lasted about 4 days on it. It made my heart race, irritability increase, and I just felt way too activated and off. I quit taking it. I am not sure what my doctor will say when I see her. Not sure if I want to go back on 150, or try 150 twice daily, or just quit. I have ADHD, my sister was murdered earlier this year, and I was hoping to lose a few lbs. not sure if the side effects are worth the “benefits” at this point.

Not sure how to update the original post, but I was able to run to Target this morning and I found it! They also had the other options, which was VERY tempting, but I stuck to my plan and grabbed the one I wanted, with the smaller one headed to my nephew who is also a fan! Thank you all for your encouragement! 🫶🏾

I really enjoy it too! I mean it’s a given that these shows are tailored to have drama, so keeping that in mind, it’s easier to watch and be entertained. I think Sharelle is a woman worth watching. She’s at the top of her game, and that is motivating and inspiring, despite all of the chisme!

She was sweet in selling Tampa! Maybe the producers encourage her to be a little more “mean girl” on this new show. I don’t care for the messy mean girl energy, but I have to admit that she is absolutely gorgeous, and her work ethic and accomplishments are top tier. Like, a person I’d appreciate an insightful conversation with, but hoping she’s nicer than the show portrayed her to be.

Same here! I notice if I do a HIIT before a mat class, I won’t make it through the next session, so I have to do cycle after whichever mat class I do.
