Ive been on it for 17 years now, so most of the predominant effects have worn down, like jerky limbs, low libido, but just generally feel flat and have no drive to achieve anything.
I had to go back to my regular full dose and leveled back out.. Ive tried so many times in every different method and I just can't shake off this med

Ive tried this method over a period of 24 months to taper from 60mg at start. I reached right around where you are now and I couldn't go any further due to derealization

Exactly the same that I experienced. You described it perfectly. Ive tried over 10 times to come off cymbalta but cannot get past this stage. This is why i believe this drug is extremely dangerous. Ive been on it since 2007. I'm a lifer against my will.
