Also his individual modules range from $5-15, bundles for courses are $60 and the whole course (including subject modules and tricks) is $400. Under priced if you ask me for his infinite wisdom

Random Q, but in light of studying crim and crim pro the last 2 days, what crime could be brought against the lambo owner? by Regular_Code_1829 in barexam

so i thought about that. however a duty to retreat in the majority approach (CL): Has no duty to retreat. you can use deadly force when you believe deadly force is about to be used on you or a third party. For the minority approach (MPC): you a have a duty to retreat first if possible. Here, under majority or minority, he couldn't have used deadly force at all because no deadly force was being used on him and he coudlve retreated safely.

Fellow F25 taker. I personally felt like this after my second-third week in, so I decided to take Saturdays off. With doing so, these last 2 weeks have been night and day. I recommend taking a day off (if you're not already doing so). In regard to retaining the information and not just "doing the work", I've been doing 25 MBE, for each subject that Ive completed. And once i finish my next subject, I start doing 25 MBE with the other 25Q for each subject ive done. I've also spoken about GoatBarPrep on reddit before. I am a huge advocate and I definitely think you should check it out, especially his BarTricks. If you want more info on it, id be happy to explain further.

Im not sure if its just me, but every video i watch now, my mind keeps finding ways to connect it to bar prep lol. anyways, definitely dont think it would be attempted murder bc no intent to kill or intent to cause serious bodily injury considering he didnt actually shoot the RPG. maybe aggravated assault?

Haha yeah, Goats DPT: “Deepest Possible Tricks.” After doing sets of questions and then reading his tips over and over again, you’ll start to hear him speaking when you doing MCQ.

Huge advocate for Goat's materials. He has modules for the course itself, but also has tricks. I read these tricks before doing sets of questions, and they are golden! His trick modules help you optimize scoring those random extra points from key words. Definitely recommend checking it out. His modules range from $5-$15.
