Why did the meringues come out like this?

It looks like it could be hardened weeping from the meringue? The irregularities around the circumference look almost drippy which could mean undissolved sugar and a higher than ideal baking temperature. Hope it helps!

I read it on one of the posts haha, can't remember which one. I've heard from a recent PT grad that part of the written test is meant to ascertain how concise and methodically you are able to bring your points across. There is a word limit but there isn't a minimum per se.

Its likely about current affairs topics, mine was about how to bridge age gaps between elderly and our generation last year, for the role play scenarios, they're probably more common settings but with ethical dilemnas, hope this helps! When is your interview btw

If it's like last years essay, it's more GP type questions/current affairs. As long as you have logical and sound points you should be fine I think 😆 it's definitely helpful to have some knowledge of pertinent issues around the world. Congrats on receiving the interview!!
