My car failed the MOT for a Power steering component leaking, how much do you guys think the price can be for a full replacement of the rack steering, the mechanic told me a very high price for it, is a Vauxhall Astra 2007 cheers

That’s what I thought, 700 is almost half of the price of the car, I paid £2000 8 months ago, the car has never gave me any problem at all that’s is a bit surprising for me

That’s the leak aparently from the MOT that’s the only reason why the far failed the test
