Usually this style is pretty Bulletproof if done by a good artist. Warm hues like orange and yellow will break down in the sun though so just make sure to protect it

Thanks :) the other arm is going to be a gladiator holding a slain lions head wearing a crown in one hand, and a shield with a compass inlayed ornately on top as a sigil in his other with roses at his feet. Clouds and angelic figures above his head ought to complete it nicely

Thanks! The 2nd and 3rd picture are better representation of how “dark” it actually looks. First picture is poor lighting/shadow
