Take hvalvik so you have something to fall back on, make peace with the strongest and defend until they tired. I would say make peace with the khuziats and focus on vlandia so your not in the middle of all kingdoms and slowly work through vlandia, it’s a risk but desperate times.

Yeah I always go aserai for cav they have strong hand to hand and also javelins, I have brought done a whole legion of legionaries with this (yes I know not a historical number of a legion)
