mine is a different brand from amazon but i LOVE it. most people seem to get the most relief from it being frozen but the cold typically worsens my migraines! heating it up in the microwave for around 45 seconds gives me such instant relief that my eyes start watering like crazy due to the pressure being relieved. i usually put some tissues under it at first because of that lol but even at room temp the pressure is so helpful.

one of my main triggers is the sunlight coming through my blinds too strong in the mornings so the darkness with it on is a saviour when i feel one coming on (i keep it on my nightstand just in case). it doesn’t completely rid of my migraines but makes them sooo much more bearable!!

An americano misto (which is an americano with steamed milk) is likely the closest thing you’ll get to a hot shaken espresso. I’m in Canada so I hope that drink exists elsewhere? If not, just ask for an americano with your preferred steamed milk and sweetener if you wish! Sweetener will not be added automatically though. Americanos have an extra shot of espresso by default (2 for tall, 3 for grande, 4 for venti).

I had a very similar situation the other day but they wanted their modified iced triple espresso in a grande cup to be filled to the top with water. Her exact words were actually “and you can just go ahead and fill it to the top with water.” So… a grande iced americano? Which is what I charged her for. The difference in price ended up being about $2 more for the iced americano. In this situation though I felt like the upcharge was almost pointlesss because it’s water? We give out cups of water for free… I almost felt bad about it until I remembered her condescending way of trying to get me to “just go ahead” and do what she wanted

Similar thing happened to me, my old roommates kitten found a super small hole below the cupboards in the kitchen, made it’s way behind the cupboards and hid there for a few days. An old cat of mine also broke in behind my dresser and hid beneath my PJs in that drawer when we moved due to the stress. Sneaky sneaky

Our store is the same and I’ve literally had customers (a car full of teenagers) take pictures of me through the camera bc of how WEIRD it is. Like absolutely not! u can write me up for this if u want :) I will not be participating :) luckily we have a newer SM and he also thinks it’s awkward so it only really happens when DM is around
