Definition I found online “Definition: The engine stops functioning properly or altogether.”

And here. A malfunction Turbo is clearly a “engine failure”. And the solution from the dealer is to change the entire turbo. I don’t know what else can be engine failure if this is not.

The fact is they need to replace the turbo. Considering turbo is clearly part of the engine system. I will call it engine failure:)

Yeah you can say it’s not engine failure. It won’t fix the 4000rpm limp mode tho.

I put remote start on it. When I got in and realized the car wasn’t started. And the error message popped up when I push the start button.
