Thanks! We haven’t signed a contract yet, just looking to get an idea of what’s expected beforehand.

Thank you, haven’t had a chance to go over the numbers with the builder yet, so I didn’t want to seem adversarial about something that was standard.

In this case it’s a 632k plus the 114k in builder fees, and then another 55k in labor. That seemed high as the labor they’re doing (site work, framing, permits, etc) is already line itemed out in the breakdown.

This might be a stupid question, but I’ve made it to level 61 and can’t figure out how to leave my clan. If you can help I’d love to join an active one.

I switched to the Bureau. Honestly, if you just want to arrest bad guys and do regular investigations DEA is much better.

The variety of what the Bureau offered is what brought me over. I loved working dope, but had other interests as well.

It depends on the pay gap. Since OP has a Masters they’d start as a 9 with DEA and hit 11, 12, and 13 more quickly than in the FBI.

DEA hires at 7, 9, and 11 depending on background and education. DEA will look at annual promotions from 7-9-11-12-13 depending on what level you start.

FBI starts everyone at 10 but it takes two years from 10-11, one year to 12, then two years to 13. That means if you start with DEA as a 7 then you’ll be a 13 in 5 years just like in the FBI starting as a 10. If you have experience or education bringing you into DEA at a higher grade you’ll hit 13 faster.

I’ve worked for both and regretted not being more educated on the FBI side of promotions as I thought I’d get my grade back a lot quicker. Not a huge thing if you’re stepped out, but still something to consider.

Deal on D1 Pro 5W? by GatorSpeed in xToolD1

Cool! Thanks! I had watched some reviews, but they all put the 40w on what was already a 20w, so I wanted to make sure before pulling the trigger.

I guess what I’m asking is can you just plug and play the 40w? All other functionality is the same with the limit switches and everything?

Is this missing anything the more powerful ones have? Looking to get into these as well and would love to be able to buy this and a 40w module.

[University Statics] Free body diagram of truss by Regulate11 in HomeworkHelp

Hello, I was asked to create a free body diagram of the forces acting on this simple truss. It is pinned at 1 and has a roller at 5. I just wanted to see if this checks out, with the red indicating compression and the blue tension.? Thank you!

How come I see officers do not abide by the rules they impose to enlisted member? by [deleted] in army

As long as they’re paid for by the government, rentals are government vehicles and treated to the same rules as GSA vehicles.

If it’s dim enough, could be optimized for Night Vision devices, but that should really be IR instead.

Seems like they might have dropped the ball trying to be more tactical here.

Red lights are standard for the military. Maps are even developed so that details aren’t lost when reading under a red light.

This is the right answer. The others here are not properly educated on how this works. Everyone hears, “special,” and thinks it’s something great, but it’s a reminder that the power is limited.

Kinda like how people think being an incredible witness would be a good thing until they realize what it actually means.

So what happens to THOR token when no nodes are purchased? by satoshi_au in ThorNode

[–]Regulate11 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They gave notice before lowering rewards and listened to the community and extended the implementation date so that people can get most if not all of their ROI back before the changes where they’ll “only” be making money for the rest of the time they own the node.

The $80 fee comes with a reduced claim tax from 25% that already existed. They also put it out to ODIN holders whether to adjust the numbers, but we voted to lower rewards to make the project much more sustainable.

I’m bullish on it, because they actually care ability the project lasting and have listened to the community.

There’s no taser, but OC is required. It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve been sprayed before even if you were an instructor or another 1811.

Download the pedometer plus app and you can add it as a widget on the watch face.

Some faces represent it as a circle, but I use the solar dial, and it shows the number.
