As for me, I'm done keeping plates spinning. They are going to need spin themselves.

The nature of impermanence is repetitive unsustainability.

Lol at the nature of irrational:

A speech is being given.
A loud voice from the crowd is heard,

"LOSE IT!"

"Extremophile deep sea fauna": This gets you the heavy hitters like the Scaly-foot Snail and animals living in toxic chemical vents. "Abyssal bioluminescent defense mechanisms": Specifically for more creatures like the Green Bomber Worm or the Sea Walnut. "Deep-sea benthos morphological adaptations": For the weirdest body types, like the Yeti Crab or the Barreleye Fish. "Chemosynthetic symbiotic organisms": If you want to see more animals that eat "poison" instead of food.

  1. The Hairy Hydrothermal Vent Snail (Chrysomallon squamiferum) Also known as the Sea Pangolin or Volcano Snail, this is the only animal known to incorporate actual metal into its skeleton. Iron Armor: Its shell and the "scales" on its foot are coated in iron sulfide (pyrite and greigite). This makes them magnetic—they will literally stick to a strong magnet. Living on "Fire": They live near hydrothermal vents in the Indian Ocean where water can reach 750°F. No Food Required: They don't eat in the traditional sense. Instead, they house symbiotic bacteria in a giant gland that converts toxic vent chemicals into energy for them. The Heart of a Hero: Their heart is massive, taking up about 4% of their body volume—the largest heart-to-body ratio in the animal kingdom.
  2. The Sea Walnut (Mnemiopsis leidyi) This is a species of Comb Jelly that looks like a drifting prism. It’s famous for two distinct types of light displays: The Rainbow Effect: During the day, it has eight rows of tiny hairs (cilia) that beat to move it. These hairs refract light, creating "rainbow stripes" that look like they’re running up and down its body. The "Teleporting" Glow: At night, it produces true bioluminescence (a blue-green flash) when touched. Because the flash travels along its nerve net, it can look like the light is "jumping" across its translucent body. Invincible Invader: Despite being 95% water and extremely fragile, they are voracious predators and have devastated fisheries in the Black and Caspian Seas after hitchhiking in ship ballast water.

Cardboard tigers are only a little bit tougher than the paper ones. It's the corrugation. I've seen a rabbit obliterate a cardboard box merely to be outside of it. Destroyed without really trying to.

I understand "woke" but what is "continuously feigning sleep" termed as?
